[TechOps - Bug #7365] (Closed) - Public emails not converting to tickets/bouncing

We discovered that one of our mail transport rules failed and that caused email sent to our ticket system to bounce. This impacted sales, info, support, billing, and some team members’ emails.

We have put a fix in place along with a fail safe backup rule to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

If you tried to open a ticket via email and received a bounce, we apologize for any trouble. :disappointed: Tickets can always be opened, viewed, and replied to at https://my.nodespace.com.
