If you remember, back in May we temporarily suspended provisioning new VPS servers and we had to increase our IP address price to $5 (and we were paying close to $9 per IP per month so we took a loss for our customers). Immediately, we went to our provider and said…
Unfortunately, it wasn’t a quick thing. Our account manager had to go up the chain of command and we had to have meeting after meeting after meeting.
Eventually, we were just put on hold because there had to be another meeting higher up the chain.
Finally, we had our follow up meeting. And we were told that our pricing would return to the previous price of $3/IP.
So, effective immediately, we have adjusted the prices back to $3/IP. Customers that were paying $5/IP will see their next invoice much lower. And, we’ve re-enabled sales of VPS servers!
I sincerely thank everyone for your patience as we went through this process. We’re looking at finding ways to make IPs even cheaper or at least prevent prices from increasing.
